Force Flex
For Continuous Feed in Ink Jets, Tabbers, Folding, Labeling & more. Force Flex Technology stabilizes the paper for a smooth transition through the feeder and allows for variable thickness product within the same stack.
FeedMax Feeder
The FeedMAX Series has all the characteristics of a high end Sure-Feed feeder which include: Patented Dynamic Rotation Technology, "The Shaker" plate, heavy duty 1/4" thick powder coated side frames, product guides, remote stop, external run interface and variable speed control.
Multi-Purpose Feeder
Ink jetting, tabbing, inserting, coding, scanning and more: the Multi-Purpose Feeder can be added as a Replace-A-Station to your Gripper Arm Inserter just like our EI Model, then with a flip of a switch you can use it on an Ink Jet base.
Product Attaching System
The Sure-Feed Product Attaching System (P.A.S) comes complete with a FeedMAX-S, Synchronized Servo Driven card feeder, PLC with Touch Screen Control, Integrated Hot Melt Glue System and a 6' collection conveyor.
